This is a video from many years ago prior my crowd funding campaign. The quality is not so awesome but its full length in two parts. it is more entertaining than teaching and its great to watch on the background when crafting. The videos shows me how I felt over a knitted pair of socks to make slippers. The socks were made on a addi circular knitting machine.

HOW MANY SKEINS?
1 skeins: mittens wrists, accents in a hat, or in weaving, needle and wet felting
2 skeins: beanie hat, texture in a knitted scarf, cowl, neck warmer
3 skeins: short knitted or woven scarf (loose)
4 skeins: long woven scarf (woven loose), knitted scarf, small woven triangular shawl, knitted shawl
5 skeins: medium woven triangular scarf, medium woven triangular shawl
6-9 skeins: medium large triangular woven shawl, knitted shawl
9 skeins and up: small medium sweater
TIPS
Alternate rows of heavy textured art yarns with single or smoother yarns, it will keep the work lighter and showcase the texture contrasts
NEEDLES
I use Prym circular needles, because they have a special tip shape helping pick up stitches of art yarns. I also use Prym ergonomic hooks, they are amazing.

Mainly I use merino 22 micron and sometimes BFL 23-25. And lots of other fibres like tencel, silk, curly locks and mohair.
