I work from raw fleeces locally sourced. A part of the scarf is felted with alpaca from a local farm next to my village. I dyed it using tie dye techniques. There is some locks of cotswold in the edges. The other part of the scarf is knitted with a art yarn I spun with wool and alpaca. There is a very small part of metallic fibers into the yarn from an extra whimsy.
L'écharpe est composée de 2 parties, une en feutre d'alpaga que jai teinte avec des techniques tie dye et l'autre est tricotée avec une laine filée moi meme. Le rebord du feutre a aussi des locks de cotswold. Chaque extrémité a un anneau de bois auquel j'ai attaché une tresse pour nouer le foulard au besoin.

At each ends I attach wooden rings with a yarn braid allowing to attach the scarf.
The scarf measures 68 long and an average of 16" of width and it weights over 700 grams which is more than 1 pound of wool
Elle mesure 68"de long et en moyenne 15"de large, et pese 700 grammes ce qui est plus que 1 livre de laine.

Except the first photo, all others photos has been taken outside with natural light no flash with my phone.
