Felted mittens made of merino and silk with leaves.
Would fit medium model is size 7 and fits perfectly. Medium thickness, they are flexible.

I made these thicker at the finger tips for those of you using them to shovel or scrape the car in winter. They should last a few years. My daughter had a pair just for that and I improved the model to have them last longer. They are also long enough to go inside and under your coat sleeve, and keep you warm.
HOW MANY SKEINS?
1 skeins: mittens wrists, accents in a hat, or in weaving, needle and wet felting
2 skeins: beanie hat, texture in a knitted scarf, cowl, neck warmer
3 skeins: short knitted or woven scarf (loose)
4 skeins: long woven scarf (woven loose), knitted scarf, small woven triangular shawl, knitted shawl
5 skeins: medium woven triangular scarf, medium woven triangular shawl
6-9 skeins: medium large triangular woven shawl, knitted shawl
9 skeins and up: small medium sweater
TIPS
Alternate rows of heavy textured art yarns with single or smoother yarns, it will keep the work lighter and showcase the texture contrasts
NEEDLES
I use Prym circular needles, because they have a special tip shape helping pick up stitches of art yarns. I also use Prym ergonomic hooks, they are amazing.
