This is bias woven it means it is stretch. If you have been known to have a very small head like me the beanie will move. I wear Mine with a bobby pin if needed. If you are a large size, it will work. My partner is a 24” and its fine. Keep in mind the more your stretch the width the less tall it will be. I use roving I dye and draw on my felt, layering colors. There is no short cuts. I do not use commercially made fabrics or felt or paper to create this.
